All Beats are for PURCHASE ONLY!  There will be no options to lease or negotiate on any tracks. A single track comes with:

1.  WAV Files unmastered

2.  MP3

3.  All Individual Stems To Instrumentation (wav files)

4.  Signed Release Form from beat producer

5.  Company Receipt

Final cost are to be paid in full once beat is chosen, with NO REFUNDS after receiving all files and documents! When the amount is paid in full , client will receive a notification in an email and all said files and documents will be released through Send Space, DropBox, WeTransfer or any email or company of your choice that allows large files. You will then be able to download all files and documents.  Once downloaded, the track will then be removed from this site!   After full ownership and release, the artist/producer will then possess all rights to copyrighting the track, registration, and publishing.  The artist/producer may then use the track throughout the entire world in Marketing, Promotions, Visuals etc and all rights are fully owned by the client!
